Head of Customer Support

Claire joined acdc in 2000 and is one of the longest serving members of the team. Lively and popular, with a true understanding of the acdc vision, Claire’s loyalty and commitment have seen her rise through the ranks to successfully oversee some of our key departments.

Claire’s biggest strength is her ability to make a success of taking on more and more responsibility. She began her career at acdc in Sales Support progressed to Office Manager at the new acdc premises and from there, was promoted to The Head of The Quotations Department. In 2011 she took over looking after the Customer Support team for the newly formed Export Sales Department and in January this year was promoted to Head of Customer Support, she now manages the entire Customer Service team, Quotations,UK and Export teams as well as being a member of the Senior Management Team.

When not running our Lancashire office with a smile and military precision, Claire can be found looking after her two boys and spending quality time with a close knit group of friends.
