Louise has played a pivotal part in establishing acdc as a global brand. Starting in 2001 in the Quotations Team, Louise’s dedication to the success of the business has seen her steadily rise through the ranks to her appointment as Sales Director at the age of 29.

‘I have always been fascinated on the affect lighting can have on buildings, space, architecture and mood of an individual. I chose acdc as I saw it was a young, dynamic company with a fun and hardworking team, offering the opportunity to progress.’

Her infectious enthusiasm for lighting and passion for employee engagement creates the essential team spirit necessary to drive the company forward. Her vision and implementation of the company’s sales and marketing strategy has ensured acdc’s healthy profit and growth over the last few years.

Louise’s love for lighting is matched only by her love for a fast automobile. In fact, Lou is so keen on cars she’s completed advanced driving courses and has competed in numerous track days. Louise was officially fastest at our company race day recently beating the other directors and the chaps on the sales team… by a very considerable lead… although they don’t like to admit it!
