Our products are manufactured from the highest quality materials, using a blend of the latest machinery and our teams of skilled technicians. We utilise the very latest in CNC surface mount machinery as part of the manufacture of our product housing and LED PCB’s, to deliver high volume, consistent quality components to our assembly lines.

Each product is manufactured with a high degree of care and attention to detail and our team is all too aware that our products are installed in some pretty tricky environments. The surface finishes on all products are equally important, with specialist paint or anodised finish applied to the product to ensure they can cope with the most rugged environments. Our products are independently tested to certify their performance and all acdc products are supplied with a 5 year guarantee.
