Assist with the efficient and effective operation of the Sales Department, providing quotations from written/verbal information, as well as interpreting CAD drawings and specifications. Dealing with customer enquiries and assisting with their design and specification. Responsibilities include:
Interpret data from both written and verbal enquiries
Measuring drawings to calculate lighting layouts etc
Producing detailed calculations and specifications using custom spreadsheets.
Answering of company telephone calls
Provide customer based solutions based around ACDC Lighting Portfolio. Where no ACDC solution exists, advise customer of possible “Pro-ACDC” solution.
Liaise and provide admin support with “in-field” sales engineers to further develop relationships with customers to provide responsive and effective service where necessary.
Assisting with general office admin as and when required.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Use relevant systems including CRM and Sage and update relevant information held in these systems.
Record, analyse, and produce KPI’s, and project reports in accordance to systems for presenting to the Head of Sales and Marketing on a monthly basis.
Sales projects, including mail shots and targeting via email

Solid experience in sales support role, providing admin and sales support to others

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the establishment, monitoring & maintenance of the company`s Quality Standards within Operations, for ensuring Quality Standards are adhered to as well as developing the company`s Quality procedures and management system to ensure that best practice is achieved within all business areas and undertaking audits in all business areas. You will aupport the Quality Manager in the control and development of the company’s quality policies, with particular focus on product quality and client quality issues. You will helpi the Quality Manager obtain third party accreditation of the Quality management System to BSENISO 9001:2008.

Terms: 6-MONTH FIXED TERM APPOINTMENT
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for the monitoring & maintenance of the company`s Quality Standards within Operations, for ensuring Quality Standards are adhered to as well as developing the company`s Quality procedures and management system to ensure that best practice is achieved within all business areas. Key duties:
Support the Quality Manager in the control and development of the company’s quality policies, with particular focus on product quality and client quality issues.
Able to perform Inspection audits both internally and at suppliers of goods inward materials, sub assemblies and Finished products.
You will be required to assist in the review of quality requirements within Product specification documentation, to support Design, Procurement and Manufacturing in establishing processes and procedures for new product introduction as well as in the development of first off inspection reports & Agree inspection plans with Quality Assurance Engineering and the introduction of development projects into large volume production.
You will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and improvement of our existing Quality Management system, as well as working with all areas of the company both internally and externally to ensure its effective implementation at all times.
Assisting in ensuring that the Quality Management System is understood and followed by all areas of the organisation through communication and training.
Liaising with suppliers to ensure that quality policies and expectations of the company are maintained.
Able to review technical drawings and specifications and determine process and quality requirements.
Review and sanction non conforming products.
YOU WILL HAVE THE ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Thorough understanding of Quality and Workmanship standards.
Extensive experience in a Quality Improvement role and knowledge of Quality Management systems to ISO 9001:2008.
